Life at CommandHQ
A small Coimbatore team building defence-tech software. Regular ship cycles and direct feedback from the people who use what we build.
Work with us
Open roles in engineering, product and operations. Small team, regular releases, direct feedback from serving personnel and veterans.
How we work
Mission-first delivery
Cross-functional teams ship work that units and veterans rely on in daily operations.
Field-informed builds
Requirements come from serving personnel, veterans, and administrators — not slide decks.
Service community focus
The work is decided by what serving personnel, veterans and their families need, not by what is easy to build.
Coimbatore and London
Engineering in Coimbatore with a London presence for partnerships and outreach.
Sustained operations
Deployments include monitoring, support, and iteration after go-live.
Accountability
Clear ownership for uptime, data handling, and user support.
